Happy new year's eve to all :)

Yep, as titled, this will be the last post of the year! Awwwwww super fast, I still remember typing the first post for this year.

I've done up a 2010 blog for next year. Haha, but my link won't be changed, because I know relinking sucks! D: So, i'll be still on splendidsho-t for next year, just that all my previous posts will be on another blog (Well, that's because I still wanna keep all these posts for memories :D), which I haven't thought of a name for. x( Sometimes it's laggy too, with so many archives. Heheeeeeeeeee, so I'll be starting all over again in 2010!~

Shan't say too much, look out for the change tomorrow (night or afternoon, most probably!) Ahhh, so exciting :)

Didn't go to Jcoc's games this morning, because my mum last minute didn't allow me to go :/ Nevermind, don't wish to talk about it also. Last post should be a happy post! ^_^

MY MY, school's starting in the next 4 days. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Imagine, no more computer for hours, no more just doing nothing, no more sleep till 11am, T_T. The next holiday's in march! STILL SO LOOOOONG LOL. And I hope my teachers will just forget all about holiday homework like how they did this year. :/

Tonight's goona be awesome! Haha, mid week service & then ton at Jcoc. Then next day will be Thanksgiving day, plus new year! Weeeeee.

Hi all. Shouldn't let my blog die before 2009 ends, haha. Didn't realise that I haven't been posting. Ydp still feels as though it's just yesterday :)

Yesterday went for band early in the morning. Rehearsed for today's sec 1 orientation. Ended up dismissing late, and I was so worried that i couldn't make it in time to meet Clara @ Amk hub at 2pm. In the end they told me that they're meeting there to do cards till 4pm. Haha, phew!

Reached at about 3:10pm. They were at Mac's and it was super packed! Laureen cut her hair! Haha nice :) Janelle, Audrey, Syd & Clara was also already there. Haha, went there and my phone got a free makeover. Audrey took a picture of it but then i forgot to ask her send me LOL oops.

Left the place at around 5. They were super funny la, especially Audrey. Looking at her reminds me of the om ji ji times. LOL. They left early at somerset, cos they going 313. So me, syd & clara left, took to city hall to meet the rest. Saw Mitchell while we got out of the train, lol. Went to meet Zoey first, then went for dinner at Marina Square. The last time I went there was with Lising & Fel! The the one before that was After the philharmonic winds concert. Nice.

The foodcourt there can see the esplanade ley. Super nice la. And I wasted $4.50 over disgusting food, eeew. Chat awhile with the people. Alot of things happened lah, haha. Went to toilet like so many times, thanks to zoey!~ LOL bladder problem :)

*Lising's on the topic of nosebleeding with me on Msn. LOL just wanted to share, I used to bleed alot when I was younger. Like during sleep, it will just suddenly bleed. It dosen't hurt, but it's disgusting la! Hate it when the blood finally dries up too. Totally blocks nose completely. And i hate it too whenever my nose is blocked when I wanna sleep. So yeah I wont cry before I sleep, cos nose always get blocked. Haha.

Anyway, back to yesterday. Then erm. We took some pictures.

The movie was nice lah, Avatar 3d. Although we sit at the side, then coudn't enjoy the effects much. Some parts were touching that I cried. Haha, who wants to hair-bond with me? ^^ Haha there's this part when me and clara was sniffing. Then suddenly the characters in the movie made the om ji ji hand sign. Then we laughed super loud la. LOL.

Anyway the movie was 3hours -.-!!! ended at 9plus. Went to have Mcflurry :) Took train, Issac was making fun of my hair -_- Haha then he let me see his IC photo in exchange of him 'offending' me. Super funnyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Was so tired in the train, over took the train till bukit gombak. Shiiiiiiiiit, i was wondering the station lights why cck no more light already lol.

Reached home at 12am plus. Slept at 1am.

This morning woke at 4am. So only had 3hours of sleep. Tired la -.- Got ready and everything, took bus to cck. Very deserted. Mingni was late, so waited for her. Yenning was with her so we went to bp to wait for the couple tgt. Reached schl, changed blahblah performance was okay. Everything happened so fast they didn't even bother to check attire. :/ Band practise, till11 something. Blahblah, don't wish to talk about it.

Lunch, went to lot1's pzh with usual people. Long time didn't go. So yea.

Reached home, super tired. Decided not to go to the wake anymore. Slept from 1pm all the way to 6pm. Idk tonight how I'm goona sleep already.

Tomorrow's family day plus going to get books. LIKE FINALLY.

Oh yeah, Milk & Tea says hi. (Laugh all you want at the names -___________-!!! LOL)

Even though I hate Milktea (as in the bubbletea), I love these two.

It's the last few days of 2009. Make it or break it.

HI ALLLLLLLLLLL! ^_^ I'm back from Ydp! :D It was super awesome la! :) Hahaha I miss everything there like, climbing a mountain at almost everytime, preparing for debate, organising the games, singing, staying up late to play om ji ji (!!!), the insects LOL!

Firstly, let's talk about before ydp!

Saturday had games dry run, went to church and tried playing the games to ensure saftey and stuff, then they treated us to pizza! Yay :)

Sunday had church, lugged my super heavy camp bag there :( Had church service, bible class then had breifing for ydp :D Then after that we were waiting for idk what.. and David taught me Chess? SO HARD LA! To make a move you must consider all the other pieces. But in the end I won o.o i think it's because he got confused between teaching me and playing his side lol. Hmm, after that we finished waiting for that something, went for lunch at ah li san there! I just only recently know why that place is called ah li san LOL I'm slow..

After lunch went back to church and packed for logistics i think. Then went to somewhere at sengkang the mall (I FORGOT!) with Naomi & Sydney to get some items for logistics plus snacks hahaha. First thing first, went to convert money! :) Then went fairprice, Sydney was so not pro with the trolley! She wanted to roll off my legs somemore LOL! Then compared prices and stuff, then Naomi had to leave first. It was still early so me & Syd decided to stay & walk around the whole mall till we are tired enough to go back for dinner..

Went to the arcade carrying bags of 'groceries' like aunties, and there then there was this pro playing street basketball! PROOOOOOO LA! O.O Haha then there was a not-so-pro one who lost then he turned around and stared at Sydney HAHA and Syd said "Wah he stared at me asif I made him lose like that." Idk why but that sentence was super funny la!

Hmm, walked everywhere, rounds and rounds at every floor (I realise that always happens with my other friends too, whenever we are bored at the mall. Just walk rounds at every level.), then decided to go back to ah li san for dinner again! Haha, yummm. Then, went back to church and it was already dark.. :/

SKIPPPP I can't remember what happened. Went to fetch Phoebe at the busstop with Issac and Syd. Then went back to Church to plan for the finale night. Told ghost stories! YUCKS LA Troy's one was damn scary! EEEEEEE Phoebe's too! What the girlfriend's dead body moves around by hopping on her head yucks! Haha, left Church at about 11plus i think, Thanks to Clara's parents who fetched us! Stayed over at Clara's place! Super fun :D Haha. Abit uncomfortable though, while sleeping. Cos me, clara & syd had to sleep with our legs hanging down the bed lol. Then kept thinking of the ghost stories! And phoebe and serern kept tickling our legs la! So bad :( But then obviously what's there to complain? I bet sleeping there is better than on the chairs at church building xD Camwhored also! :D KAYS I SHALL UPLOAD NOW! :)

I'm baaaaaack! Woops, it's afternoon now, haha not late morning :x It's 5:40pm of 26th dec :D

Okay, so continuing, over at Clara's place, I finally got my answer! Piano keys are really narrower than keyboard keys! These means my fingers aren't short afterall -.- Hahah, couldn't sleep mostly because of Clara's giraffe and dumb Syd! Clara's giraffe super cute, the legs and hands are connected, so eg. you pull the giraffe's right hand, it will extend then the right leg will become shorter, so it's "connected". HAHA me and syd spend the whole night torturing it, like pulling different lengths and tying the arms and legs LOL! All of Clara's soft toy's officially died on that day xD Kept sleep and wake, sleep and wake, even at 4am I was still awake lol!

Anyways skiiiiiip to Monday! 21st dec, aka first day of YDP! ^^

Woke up at 5:45, i think. Yes i remembered it was THAAAAAT early! :/ Brush teeth and stuff, was so so so tired lah :( I was the last to get ready lol! Soooooooorieeeeeee. Clara's dad fetched all of us to Church first, got our heavy bags and went to ah li san that area for breakfast. Then waited at patrol station for everyone to come, and also the bus! The bus was late, haha came at 8:30am plus instead of 8:05am.

Camwhored in the bus again! :D (Like last year, but not as bad! Hahahaha.)

Oops uncle mike ungam! :p This was when we were watching the idk what movie along the way to malaysia.

That was the last of the bus pictures! Hahahaha. Hmm we reached the lace at around 11am I think. I slept for around and hour, haha. Tired luh. When we reached, JCOC people are already there! Said Hi's ^^ Then, when everyone reached, went to the main hall for breifing. I was roomed with 3 other malaysians that I don't know of :( Then after that another malaysian joined my room! That makes it 5 of us, so I moved over to the room where the other malaysian left from, and suprisingly it's Syd & Crystal's room! SUPER HAPPY! HAHAHA.

So, in conculsion, roomed with Syd, Crystal & Jolene/Yenyen! :D Went for lunch, the first time we climbed the mountain with all our heavy bags! SUPER tiring! :( Lunch was late somemore, I remember, and we didn't mix around cos still shyshy o.o haha. nothing much then. The food was good! Better than last year's at least :p Then after lunch, had icebreaker games organised by Klang COC :)

BALLOONS, SUPER SCARY. I remember there was one where we need to arrange ourselves according to height, age, alphabetical order, what else? Another one was, deflated balloons are passed around and everyone has to blow up one, and there's a piece of paper with someone's name on it, then after blowing you have to burst it, find that person and stand behind that person, so eventually everyone will form a line. The bursting of the balloon, that's the scary part! Thanks to Zoey who helped me LOL i really dont dare burst leeeeeh T_T.

Then, the last game was outdoor. We had to get into our groups, (YAY GROUP FOUR ROCKS! :D) and then stand in a circle and introduce ourselves. Then we have to pass around a block of ice, and then we needed to introduce the person on our left asap, cos the ice is freeeeezingggg. Haha, the one on my left was Eudora! So it wasn't that bad ^^

Thennnnn... Had tea! (Yes, I'm soooooo obviously refering to the ydp schedule, hahaha. You guys really think my memory so awesome? Noooo! :p) After that had our first debate lesson. We learnt the basics of debating, what each speaker of the opposition/preposition team has to do and stuff. After that, had dinner! :D

Singsparation was the last event of the day :) Loved it! Cause there was many people, and the singing was very nice nice niceeeee. Then, went for games meeting, ended at about 11:30? On that day we only slept at 1am plus :D Stayed up to sing, play & chat with the girls! AWESOMEEE. :)

The next day! 22nd Dec Tuesday. Woke at 6plus? Hahaha can't remember what we did, had breakfast and devotion, then our first debate preparation session.

Hmm after that had lunch, then had another session. Then it was tea! THEN GAMES YAY :) Haha I was incharge of Pass the message with Eliza. The game goes like this: Pass a message consisting of 40 words with food in your mouth. They will choose a number from 1-3 & the number that they choose will decide the message & the food item. Either water, coco crunch or marshmallows! ^^

Haha, I only remembered that my group came first and they only sucessfully passed down one word wich was 'herbivore' lol :( SO SAD. Gave 2 points out of 5 thou, cos is my group mah! Muahaha :)

Nothing much lah afterwards, alot of groups cheated and it wasn't so fun fr those people at the back who had to wait. I admit our station is kinda boring, haha. I dont have any picture of our station, but here are pictures of other stations :D

After the games, had session 3 of debate preparation, and I'll be doing first speaker. Our Motion was 'Marrying a non-christian is wrong cos it'll hinder our faith'. Yep, wrote out scripts etc. Then had singspiration :D

That was it! I forgot if there was a meeting? But I rememebered that we only slept at 1am on that day too. There was lots of monkeys there too lah! Sydney's brother's and sisters. :/

23rd dec, Wed! :) Woke at 6plus. Had our breakfast consisting of rice, scrambled eggs, baked beans & sausages. Know why I can remember so clearly? Cos they said that sausages are made of food left overs! Super disgusting :( And it was the most western meal & I love western food, so yeah :)

Had devotion then our last debate preparation. Lunch, then it was The Real Thing. My group was the last to go, thou. Haha, so had the debates on social drinking and clubbing first. Super firery, leant alot also :) Haha some groups were super humorous la! Hahaha.

Then had games again! This time round I'm incharge of Worms, with Sydney & Clara. Super fun, cos this game has lots of forfeits. Hahaha loved it la, making the disgusting food, & even got to draw on people's faces! :DD

The exciting part of the day! After this debate session, me, Syd & Crystal went back to our room, and we saw two monkeys doing IT in the middle of the road! GOSH! Haha everyone was standing around them and watching. Then they got 'shy' and ran back into the 'woods'. Haha, so then we thought nothing of it and the three of us went into the room. THEN, idk how, Syd saw the monkeys climbing up the roof of OUR room, so she kept slamming the windows to shoo them off, then!!! One of the monkeys got angry and it was baring it's teeth at us through the windows! Then we got super scared la! Slowly, alot of people were outside watching, then Jonathan saved the day by shooing them off. Super scary la.

After that it ws my group's debate. Nothing much to say? Only that part where Clara from the opposition team said, "I want to rebuke Edna's points" and everyone started laughing cause it's supposed to be rebut! Haha, cute la Clara ^^

After the debate has ended, we went over to this shelter place, then suddenly there was this moth which landed on meee! Yuhui was like scareaming at my not to move, obviously my first reaction is to scream and run la :( So scary la, Jeshua's fault also!!!! UGGHHHHHH, paiseh myself infront of so many people T_T.

Haha, then after that went to bathe and wash up for finale night! :) We were abit late. But there were later people! Luckily Yuhui & Zoey came in time, pheeeeew. LAP was the first to go!

Haha, don't have any pictures, and idk how to explaion our performance, so yeah skiiiiiip! Hmm, as that was the last night, everyone stayed up. But first the girls of LAP went to my room to eat Cup noodles! Yummm :) Then played some games and stuff. Then headed to cafeteria and played more games.OM JI JI! Played that for 4 hours man! Hahaha. Super addictive game :) Played Taboo too! And truth or dare, the rythmn game, looooots! Was up all the way till 6:30am till me, syd & Laureen couldn't take it anymore, so went back to sleep for half hour. 7am woke up, went for breakfast.

24th Dec, last day :(

Packed up our stuff in the morning, had our last devotion, then almost everyone from LAP teenage class came to our room to play Polar bear! Only got one round when I got Polar bear, and my mate was Mitchell haha. I immediately got killed in the first round la :( I so innocent! Ugh :( Haha but it was still funnn, all in all.

Went for lunch, our last meal there, then left the place at 2pm. Took lots of photos, but I only have a few luh SADDD, cos my phone died, and of all days the last day! T_T.

In the bus, we played om ji ji! Jonathan & Benjamin both lost their voice after one whole night of shouting haha, cause they played four tribes. Hmmm, then when we reached Church, the feeling of home came back! Haha we were all saying, why is the ground so flat! The toilet!! NO FLIES!! Hahahaha. Went for Mid week service then :) Before that the guys went LAN to dota. Then we girls stayed to sing hymns and play om ji ji! Addicted! Couldn't use my phone at all until i got home :( Haha Om ji ji rules, kept playing that!
